ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Regular stock items purchased online may be returned with valid proof of purchase within (7) days of delivery of the order.

To facilitate the return or exchange of an online purchase, customers should contact our Erdos At Home Customer Experience Team 844-463-7367. Erdos At Home will not accept returns that are not authorized by our Customer Experience Team within (7) days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for any incurred return shipping charges. Your refund amount will be issued to the original credit card or gift card used for the purchase within (10) business days of the return receipt of the product to the Erdos At Home warehouse.

All return items must be properly packaged in the original shipping containers and materials. Please insure your package; the customer accepts full monetary responsibility for the replacement or repair costs of any damage incurred to the item during the return shipment.

Online returns are not accepted at our retail stores.

FURNITURE

We take great pride in the design and craftsmanship of our furniture and rugs. Should you discover damage or a defect in your furniture, please call our Customer Experience Team within 7 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to correct the issue or concern. If you wish to cancel your purchase with your STOCKED merchandise, notify your Interior Stylist before your merchandise leaves the warehouse. Any orders cancelled after it leaves the warehouse will incur a 25% restocking fee as well as any delivery fees.

CUSTOM

We make our custom furniture and rugs specifically for you, therefore your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is placed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom furniture and rugs.

NON FURNITURE

When accompanied by the original receipt and in its original condition, regularly priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt or up to 30 days for store credit.

FINAL SALE

All store floor samples are sold “as is” and are final sales and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or repaired.

Mattress and box springs are final sales and cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be issued in the form of a gift card, credit or check. Original payments made by cash are refunded by company check from our corporate studio within 10 business days of refund request. Refunds resulting from price adjustments will be issued in the form of a store credit only.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable for items purchased online. Erdos At Home will not reimburse any unauthorized shipping expenses; including overnight, express or other shipping used at the customer's own discretion.

DELIVERY ORDERS

Delivery orders can be returned within (7) days of receiving the product. Customers should contact the Interior Stylist whom they purchased the item from to facilitate a return; if authorized, a pickup will be scheduled. Any product returned after delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus delivery fee for the delivery pick up. Erdos At Home will not accept returns that are not authorized within (7) days of the product receipt. In-home Delivery Service shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for any incurred return shipping (pickup) charges. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.
